A healthy, yummy fall recipe that is great for the holidays! Try it out and let us know what you think!
-Butternut squash- peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-salt and black pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Toss butternut squash with olive oil and garlic in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange squash on backing sheet.
3. Roast in preheated oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes.
